Partnering with an external agency, I lead the in-house creative strategy and direction for our three iterations of our Encore brand awareness campaign. The campaign highlighted the next chapter of your life at Sunrise as a place to continue your passions and “Do More of What you Love.” The multi-channel campaign included three 15-second videos pulling inspiration from real resident stories, display and social ads, and a revamped media landing page.
The campaign exceeded all target goals, leading to 33K+ new inquiries and 2.2K+ new residents in 7 months.
